Water usage

Water is the stuff of life. We want to use it responsibly. With that in mind, we offer gray water systems that use your shower water to flush the toilets. Heat from the shower water is also recovered to pre heat the water going into the hot water tank.

Local Product

Sustainable choices matter. We encourage the use of local products, low impact materials and sustainable forestry lumber. We also strive to eliminate VOC’s from the building.
